Rules of cooperation with Grodzki Studio/Magic Video Games
- Cooperation with Grodzki Studio or Magic Video Games means acceptance of these regulations. The regulations may be changed with notification on my pages. Current version of the regulations: from 12.09.2024.

Service and product regulations
- The goods I offer include: computer games, music, books. The services I offer include: publishing, training, online advertising, other services related to the business – including computer graphics and music for games.
- You can place an order in person or online. In order to process your order, you must provide your identification data such as name, phone number, e-mail address. They are used only to process the order placed on our website.
- We process complaints. You have 30 days to file a complaint for non-digital products. You can cancel the services at any time without giving a reason. The deposit is not refundable. Confirmation of the service is required for the return – a bill or invoice.
- Delivery takes place remotely via e-mail, phone, or in person – depending on the selected option.
- You pay for the return of physical items. Packages are sent with notification. In the event of a conflict, the Court of my place of residence – Chełm applies.
- Culture applies during cooperation. You must pay the full amount or 50% of the service amount before starting work. I have the appropriate education and experience to run a business. My services and products are legal and original in their own way. After completion/delivery, you must leave a review. This applies to every customer. The review must be true and preferably quite comprehensive, but it is not mandatory. It can be short if you do not have time for it.
- You can find me in Lublin at the antiques fair, on the last Sunday of the month, in Podzamcze by the stairs.
- With each project you will be offered 3 options to choose from. This applies to services. I try to represent high standards.
- For some of the offer elements you will receive special reports with information about the effects of work. Reports are sent every year on request – in the case of book or music cooperation.
- There is always a survey to the training, which is to qualify you or exclude you from cooperation.
- You will receive 25 author’s copies for the publishing house. Your works will be available in my stores and services such as Amazon, Empik, or streaming and music distribution services. Depending on the selected offer, the publishing house may be additionally promoted.
- Each offer is described in detail on the appropriate subpage. If you have any questions – feel free to ask before starting cooperation.
- Magic Video Games only implements the offer within the scope presented on the Magic Video Games website! It applies to people from outside Poland.
